• $150 for 60 minute intake assessment (initial appointment)

• $150 for 60 minute psychotherapy session 

Sliding Scale

Redefine Wellness LLC does offer 4 sliding scale spots to current or prospective clients who cannot afford self-pay rates, are underinsured, or un-insured. Redefine Wellness partners with Open Path Psychotherapy Collective is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing affordable mental health care to individuals/families in need. They connect clients with a network of licensed therapists who offer in-office and online psychotherapy sessions at significantly reduced rates, typically between $40 and $70 per session for individual therapy. To access these services, clients pay a one-time, lifetime membership fee of $65, which supports the organization's mission to make therapy accessible to those who might otherwise be unable to afford it. Insurance

*Redefine Wellness LLC is in the process of getting credentialed with the following insurance companies*/Currently In-Network with the following insurance companies:

Redefine Wellness works with a company called Headway for billing insurance. To see if your insurance is covered and how much it would cost you, visit https://care.headway.co/insurance/form

PLEASE NOTE: If your insurance is not listed above, there are some insurance companies that offer reimbursement for self-pay services with an out of network provider. You will need to call your insurance company to see if this is an option for you. Redefine Wellness can provide a super bill to clients who wish to submit for reimbursement to their insurance company. 

Billing

Redefine Wellness requires that all clients keep a credit card on file. This card is stored in our secure Electronic Health Record System and our billing system with Headway. (Please note that self-pay clients will be billed through Headway) Your card will be charged any appointment fee within 24 hours following your appointment.

Cancelation Policy

If an appointment is missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, there is a late cancellation fee of $150. (If you are a sliding scale client with Open Path Psychotherapy Collective, your no show fee will be the same as your regular session rate). This fee will be charged to your credit card on file within 24 hours of the missed session.  Please contact us as soon as possible to let us know of any schedule changes. 

No Surprises Act (2022)

The No Surprises Act established new protections and disclosure requirements against surprise medical billing that took effect on January 1, 2022.  The new law requires healthcare providers and facilities to provide Good Faith Estimates to uninsured, out-of-network, or self-paying clients for services offered when scheduling care or when the client requests an estimate.
